This lecture is part of The City Talks, a distinguished lecture series hosted by the University of Victoria's Committee for Urban Studies. The lecture series invites world class urbanists to a public discussion of the prospects and challenges of cities. This fall, our series focuses on the theme: Theatre in the City. In the spring, three lectures will discuss Cities, Governance, and the Politics of Urbanism. Talks last for 45 minutes and are followed by a question and answer period with the lecturer.
