Feb 10th and 11th: dinner 7pm Feb 12: brunch 1pm

Great idea for Valentine's Day! The Rotary Club of Strathcona Sunrise (Courtenay) presents a fabulous fundraising weekend of great entertainment. Whether you come for dinner theatre or Sunday brunch theatre, this could be a terrific way to celebrate with your sweetheart. Enjoy food, fun and laughter while you take in a brand new Western Comedy Musical Revue created by award-winning director Gloria Herauf. With songs from several Broadway shows, along with folk and country legends, the action takes place in a faltering one-horse town called Tumbleweed Junction. A glamourous Broadway star gets dropped off by mistake and her train vanishes in the distance. The local cowboys embrace her, and soon tell her about the dire financial state their little town finds itself in. The spunky warmhearted star has an idea to help them. Things really heat up with the unlikely pairing of cowboys and follies girls, when she arranges for some of her best dancing-girl friends to join her and put on a show to save Tumbleweed Junction. Don't miss the fun! This is the second annual "Have a Heart" fundraising event, and all three performances of last year's show, a World War 2 Musical Revue, sold out more than two weeks in advance. Buy your tickets now, and take advantage of Early Bird pricing for tables of 8. All proceeds go to charities, both local and international. Exciting raffle prizes, great food, exceptional caliber of entertainment, and all for good causes. Join us and "Have a Heart" to celebrate Valentine's Day!
