This is one event split over two half days. The event will take place on Tuesday, November 17 & Thursday, November 19 from 9 am-12 pm PST.
Performance management doesn’t stop with setting goals and meeting objectives. When it comes to managing employee performance, there are complex topics and nuanced issues that require finesse to address.

This session builds on the foundations laid in Performance Management – Level 1, diving deeper into the grey areas of personality and attitude. You’ll leave with practical skills to help you address complex performance management scenarios with confidence and intention.
