Welcome to the “new normal” of virtual hiring! When it comes to hiring from a distance, there’s a lot to consider. Things are changing swiftly, and while online interviewing is quickly becoming the status quo the need to make sure the right people end up in the right roles is more important than ever. In this virtual training intensive, you’ll master the art of interviewing both in-person and remotely, so that you can feel confident in your next hiring decision.
Learn to:
Design a smooth interview process that leaves candidates with a good first impression
Ask the questions that matter most (and know what not to ask)
Identify values alignment when interviewing
This event occurs over two half days: Tuesday, May 11th & Thursday, May 13th from 9:30 am -12:30 pm PST.
