Award-winning South African jazz pianist Kyle Shepherd already has five CDs out – pretty darned good for someone not yet 30! His latest album, Dream State, was released in 2014. Shepherd, a globetrotting performer who has played in Japan, America, and all over Europe, is a skilled modernist whose deft keyboard technique delivers music that is both distinctive and richly evocative.
