Whether you are young or old the displays will capture your attention
Many exhibits have hands on areas and all have knowledgeable presenters to answer questions and help keep our past alive. While at the Faire enjoy the live music and dance. You�ll be treated to a wide variety from Polynesian to Ukrainian, ukuleles to Barbershop
The Museum will be open by donation 10:00 - 5:00 on Saturday, February 15th in joint celebration
with the Heritage Faire and Lunar New Year Celebrations
10:30 - 12:30 Guided Walking Tour - The Forgotten Town of Union
Meet at the Museum, you will visit the town sites of the former ethnic communities of Union and learn about the people who lived there. Tour takes approximately 2 hours and will be led by Gwyn Sproule. Good waking shoes recommended!
12:30 - 3:30 Glass Jar Lantern Workshop
In preparation for the lantern Parade of Light at 6 pm the Museum is offering a "last chance" lantern-making workshop to help light up the evening's festivities!
1:00 -2:00 Guided Museum Tour
Meet at the Museum for a guided group tour featuring over 40 exhibits and the stories of the peole of Cumberland - the rich, the poor, the powerful, the rebellious, the righteous and the radical.
The Cumberland Marching Band will be running a concession including snacks and lunch
