Tours at Congregation Emanu-El Synagogue, 1461 Blanshard Street, Victoria V8W 2J3 take place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 12 noon and again at 2:00 pm throughout the summer. Cost: $10 Adults, $5 for youth (aged 12-18) cash only please; free for children under 12. See

Congregation Emanu-El, the oldest Canadian synagogue in continuous use, again opens its doors to visitors. We are grateful to our volunteer knowledgeable guides—Shoshana Litman, Amber Woods and Sharon Fitch for their enthusiasm and devotion to the delivery of an incredibly professional docent service.
