Originally from Cuba Michel Rivero Mordoch met Penelope Christine Baxter on a Canadian/Cuban Choral exchange in 2014. Michel, a well respected musician, arranger and collaborator in Cuba and Penelope Christine a prolific songwriter with an honourable mention by the International Songwriters Competitions for "Your Shoes"
They combined their talent to form Sweet Santa Fe.
