Cari's mezzo vocals will be accompanied by an all-star band, including guitarist Marc Atkinson (The Bills, Marc Atkinson Trio), Juno-winning violinist Meredith Bates, genius on Piano, accordion and mandola, Adrian Dolan (The Bills, the Rankin Sisters, Barney Bentall) and sought-after jazz bass player John Lee (George Colligan, Brad Turner, Ingrid Jensen, and Cyrus Chestnut)

Burdett’s first album,Magnolia, was released in 2015 and nominated for ‘Best World Album’ by Western Canadian Music Awards and Cari was awarded Vocalist of the Year 2016 by Vancouver Island Music Awards. Burdett is often featured on CBC, Hot Air, All Points West and French Radio Canada and touring highlights include the Victoria Jazz Festival, Hornby Island Arts Festival, Butchart Gardens, Salt Spring Garlic Festival, Frankie’s’ Jazz Club; to name a few.
