Please call 250-479-0211 with your order, visit the Nature House or scan and email the order form to [email protected].  Payment must be made at the time of order via credit card, debit, cash or cheque.  Don’t forget to include your 10% membership discount on the form if applicable.

Orders will be accepted starting February 23, 2017. Orders must be made by April 17th, 2017 and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  No guarantee on prices or variety of plants due to nursery supply.  All changes in pricing due to nursery supply will be processed or refunded at the time of pickup.  We will call or email you to arrange an appointment to pick up your pre-order.  Available pick-up times will include Friday, April 21 (afternoon only), Sunday, April 23 or Monday, April 24.

Member Discounts

The Friends of the Sanctuary members' discount of 10% also applies to plant purchases during the sale! Please check your membership status and become a member in advance of the sale: call 250-479-0211 or email [email protected]. At the entrance gate we will confirm your membership status.

Parking

Volunteer Parking Attendants will guide you to the closest available parking areas. In addition to our parking lot at the end of Nelthorpe Street (follow the signs along the trail) and at the end of Swan Lake Road (follow the signs along the boardwalk). We intend to reserve space for handicapped parking but it will be limited and may be located in the plant loading area (a short walk from the entrance gate).

 
Cash? Cheque? Credit Cards? Debit?

The fastest way to pay for your purchases is by cash. We have 2 electronic payment terminals at the exit table if you prefer to pay by Visa, Master Card or Debit. We also accept cheques payable to Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary.

 
Do You Want To Help?

Volunteers are needed to help price plants, work at the sales table, sell refreshments, monitor traffic, hand out event information, and set up and take down. Questions about volunteering? Email us at [email protected].
