Frank Arnold�Sustainable Energy for Sustainable Investing

As we approach the season in which people think�or re-think�about their RRSPs and other investments, we have another opportunity to impact global warming positively: socially responsible investing (SRI). Frank Arnold will describe how various socially responsible investments fared through the Great Recession of 2008-2009; discuss recent initiatives of investors combating climate change; and identify opportunities for investors to incorporate sustainable energy into their portfolios.

Frank's bio.
Following a BSc in Math and Environmental Studies from UVic, Frank has spent 12 years in the investment industry, with a specific interest in socially responsible investing (SRI). The Pinch Group was the first, and the largest, investment advisor in town, probably the province, to focus on SRI. Frank is now the Senior Advisor, overseeing more than $100 million in assets
