ONE NIGHT ONLY! From Clarksdale, Mississippi, Super Chikan, born James Louis Johnson is known for his good-humored blues with a funky touch. As an instrumentalist, he's distinguished by his equipment - the "Chicantars" are constructed with flattened gas can bodies.
The evening will start at 6 pm with a screening of the documentary James 'Super Chikan' Johnson - A Life in Blues and followed by live performance at 7 pm. Super Chikan will be performing with Vancouver's' The Mojo Stars
