Every Sunday night, Merridale hosts Pizza Night featuring live entertainment. Salads and pizza toppings change weekly, depending on the fresh ingredients available in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. Our pizza dough is made from cider yeast and is baked in our outdoor wood-fired brick oven.
