Sumner Brothers and Framed Faces

Theres a spiritual quality to the men and their songs, not some church going aint Jesus wonderful kind of stuff, but truth and in your face honesty. Embracing life on this planet as it is rather than how youd like for it to be, yet tempered with hope and even a note of certainty that something better is yet to rise from this dark and miserable place. That justice prevails in the end. Johnny Cash had this same quality. Makes me wonder if somehow or other, these young men didnt inherit a measure of the mans spirit when he departed. Crafting songs of journey that tell us the world's story, members TJ Hermiston, Jeremy Appleton, John Sponarski, and Geneva Gamble have collided to form a partnership. This is in the truest sense; friends and musicians, the members of Framed Faces have spent their lives making emotionally charged music.
