The Subaru Sooke Triathlon is staged in the charming setting of Sooke, a beautiful ocean-side community located in the western communities of Greater Victoria known for its lush evergreen forests, rainforest, picturesque coastal scenery, rugged cliffs and sandy beaches.

The race course features a swim in Young Lake, a small, calm, warm lake, followed by an amazing closed bike course on beautiful West Coast Road hugging the Pacific Ocean along the Pacific Marine Circle Route. The run course includes a journey out on to Whiffin Spit, a narrow 1km trail where the Pacific Ocean surrounds the athletes on both sides as they run towards a lighthouse.
The event promises to be a real �rural meets urban� feeling of one of BC�s fastest growing regions. This is an event not to be missed!
