The Ladysmith Healthcare Auxiliary Gift Shop located in the Health Care Centre on 4th Ave. was recently vandalized with a fire extinguisher and needs help to re- stock the shelves.

Come knit, crochet, quilt, sew, make cards, etc. Bring your own project to work on and then donate what you made.

We’re looking for donations of new, ready to sell, handcrafted items from the following categories: Baby Sweaters, Blankets, Booties, Mittens, Hats, Scarves, Tea Cozies, Greeting Cards, Dishcloths, Hot Pads, Socks, Stuffed Animals, Purses and Bags.

If you have any yarn in your stash suitable for baby items, we would love if you could donate that as well.

Melva Peters from Stampin' Up! Ladysmith will be holding two (2) card making workshops that day; 10:30-12:30 and 1:30-3:30 pm. Kits will be for sale - cash only. The lesson is free. 50% of the sales proceeds will be donated back to the Gift Shop.

Kate Chen will be there from Main Street Yarn, Ladysmith with yarn for sale at reduced prices, cash only. 40% of the proceeds will be donated to the Gift Shop. A store coupon for 20% off any yarn purchase, will be given with every yarn purchase the day of the event.
