St. Patrick's Day Ceilidh with Crikey Mor and My Boulder House

Celebrate all thing Irish with our Annual St. Patrick's Day Ceilidh! This fun all ages event will feature the Irish traditional band, Crikey Mor, with special guests My Boulder House doing an opening set! Crikey Mor delivers a tightly arranged whirlwind of traditional Irish reels, jigs, polkas, and songs that will keep your spirit moving.
The group consists of Nancy Grossert on fiddle, Tasia MacKay on flute, Eric Reiswig on uilleann pipes, Jeremy Walsh on guitar, Andrew Morris on bodhran, and all on vocals. Crikey Mor are in high demand as one of the best and most authentic Irish Traditional music bands in the Pacific Northwest! West Coast musicians Janelle Tiessen, Michael Wilford, Rowan Osborne & Joshua Litton are My Boulder House who blend their passion and talent into unforgettable music. As members of critically acclaimed fiddle ensembles they've touring Canada and Europe and have been nominated for a Canadian Folk Music Award.
Advance tickets $20 at Ivy's Bookshop, the Oak Bay Recreation Centre and online at www.beaconridgeproductions.com | $25 at the door. The Upstairs Lounge is a licensed all ages restaurant and bar, door open at 6 pm for dinner service, the concert starts at 7:30 pm.
