The Mortgage Centre, Fitzwilliam Mortgage will be accepting both non-perishable food items and cash donations to benefit Nanaimo Loaves & Fishes Community Food Bank. During this week long event donations can be made at their office as well as the following downtown Nanaimo merchants: Lux Accessory Boutique, West Coast Classic Floral Desgin, NYLA Fresh Thread, The Children's Treehouse, Funk Your Fashion, Patina Home, Very Vintage Upcycled Chic, Artzi Stuff, Nanaimo Museum, Pirate Chips, House of Indigo Boutique, and Coastal Community Credit Union.

All donations will be collected and stored on display at The Mortgage Centre office for the duration of the event in an attempt to literally fill the office with donations, in turn squeezing them out of their office! For every $10 cash donation a balloon will be filled and released into the office to join the non-perishable food items. Tax receipts will be available from Loaves & Fishes for donations of $10 and up.
