Sproat Lake Dragon Boat Year End Regatta

West Coast Dragon Boat Society will again play host to the Sproat Lake Year End Regatta. This year we have 18 teams racing, 9 ladies and 9 mixed coming from Victoria to Port Hardy and Alert Bay and points in between.
The event is being held at the Sproat Lake Provincial Park Boat Launch with our first race of the day scheduled approx. 9:45am with closing ceremonies around 3:00pm.
The regatta is a great spectator sport. Grab the kids, dogs, snacks and lawn chairs and come on out for the day. Parking in the upper parking lots are free.
The West Coast Dragon Boat Society is a non-profit organization that could not make such an event happen without the help of endless volunteers. If this is an activity you might be interested in trying out, please come out and see what we are all about. Dragon Boating is open to men and women of all ages.
