Alberni Art Rave Group Art Show "Spotlight on Art" runs from June 19 to the 26th in the Capital Theatre, on Argyle in the heart of Port Alberni's Arts District. This show includes the work of a variety of mid-Island artists working in different media. The show's opening Reception is on Friday, June 19th from 7 to 11pm.  There is a cash bar and live music adds to the evening's ambience.

A wide selection of appetizers donated by many fine local restaurants will be served.  There will be a Silent Auction fundraiser comprised of pieces donated by local artists. Participating artists, Art Rave sponsors  and members of the public who buy tickets will attend.

Tickets on available to the public at a cost of $20 each and are available at Char's Landing, Gayle's Fashions, Rollin Gallery & Swale Rock Café. (Cash only please)
