This breathtakingly beautiful documentary showcases the pristine Great Bear Rain Forest and it's wildlife. Paul Nicklen is a National Geographic photographer, he is featured in this film. This event also features Cristina Mittermeier, who, along with Paul, will be present and speaking, Paul is a Nanoose resident who has won many international awards. Cristina is the producer of the film, also a Nanoose resident. The film follows 3 skilled professional photographers while they photograph the wild life in the Great Bear Rainforest which is currently under threat of oil tanker traffic. The intent of the film is to show us all this pristine wilderness, so that we may cherish it. The film is free although a donation jar will be available which we hope will cover costs. The sponsoring group is Communities to Protect our Coast - a dedicated non profit small group.
