Painter Helen Utsal welcomes you to Martine’s Bistro in Comox, for the opening of ‘Spirit of the Landscape’.
‘My new paintings reflect a calm and peaceful spirit. I have enjoyed experimenting with a very subtle palette. Contrasting warm and cool shades of monochromatic layers and leaving areas of the canvas clear and empty highlights the textures and materials.’
