Join the Cowichan Valley StarFinders in welcoming Dr. Real Roy, Assistant Professor
Faculty of Biology at UVIC. whose scientific work is concerned with the understanding of the role of microbial populations in the biogeochemistry of nitrogen and carbon(methane) in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems at various spatial scales. The lecture starts with the cosmological chapter 25 of the Dao de jing and explores the connection of space and the life of bacteria.
Socials are held the 4th Wednesday of every month and are hosted in Mill Bay. Come and enjoy a fun and informative social and maybe a little observing afterward.
