What started out as a casual idea to replicate the type of choir presented in the 2003 documentary “Young At Heart”, quickly turned into a force to be reckoned with in the creation of SoundWave choir. Retired from touring, professional musician and song writer Holly Wright, invited people 55 years of age and older to be part of a “not-so-typical” choir. The idea and style of the group took off in a big way, and in just four seasons the group tripled in size with a very enthusiastic group of singers ranging from 57 to 91 years of age!
The light-hearted approach and ability to recreate some of the most classic tunes from years gone by in a highly energetic and infectiously joyful spirit, has lead to sold out performances each and every show. Audiences cannot help but be swept up in the energy and fall in love with the music all over again.
SoundWave is a not-to-be-missed experience that guarantees to leave a smile on your face and a song in your heart.
