Come join Sinnica Sound at Kind Society Yoga for a deeply relaxing and immersive sound bath session.
Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, creating a harmonious atmosphere for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
During this event, you will have the opportunity to lay back, close your eyes, and let the vibrations of the sound instruments guide you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.
For complete relaxation, please bring a mat, pillow, eye mask and a blanket. Whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is open to everyone looking to unwind and recharge.
