This year's event has something for everyone!

Arrive at 6pm and join us in the main ballroom for a delicious gourmet dinner featuring AAA Baron of beef, Butter Chicken, and Sole Almandine. Prepared with expert care, these dishes will be surrounded with accompaniments such as buttery mashed potatoes, basmati rice, grilled veggies, organic greens, Caesar salad, delicious soup and fresh rolls and naan bread, finishing with a mouth watering variety of dessert.

Dinner guests will be serenaded with the sweet sounds of our special guests Wellington Jazz Quartet.

After dinner, stay in the main ballroom for the Big Party with Nanaimo's own Femme Fatales, featuring the fabulous music of one of Nanaimo's favorite dance party bands! The Femme's are known for their outstanding vocal talents and musical skills, playing a crowd pleasing playlist that features the favorite songs from the 60's to today's hottest hits!

Our second event, dance the night away with the fabulous Patrick Courtin Jazz trio's "A Tribute to the Great Crooners" playing all of your favorite standards - from Frank Sinatra to Nat King Cole. Patrick will be joined by Simon Paterson and Andrew Cullen to deliver an unforgettable night of music from that beloved era.

A generous portion of the evening's profits will be set aside to support Solera's programs including a series of bursaries that will benefit local students in music and dance.

The Coast Bastion Hotel is generously offering a Special Rate on rooms to ticket holders on the night of the event. Prices are based on double occupancy and 15% room tax will be added.
