Skating, Shooting & Scoring (6-12)***
Hockey Conditioning Camp
This is a specialty camp that focuses on conditioning, individual skating skills and shooting techniques. In addition to the 3 hours of ice time each day, off ice activities and agility training are planned. There will be separate age and skill groupings with a small participant to coach ratio. On ice program highlights will include: shooting balance and positioning, hand-eye coordination, screens, tip-ins, deflections, shooting accuracy, power skating & game time. Off ice program highlights will include: strength training and conditioning, agility training, outdoor field games, activities and FUN! Must have previous hockey experience.
Dates: April 10-13, 2012 (4 classes)
Times: 10:00-3:00 PM
