The BC Choral Federation in cooperation with Nanaimo Sings! presents "Sing Canadian!" a gala concert to celebrate Chorfest 2103 being held in Nanaimo May 17-19.
Three Generations! Three Choirs!
CHILDREN'S CHORFEST CHOIR directed by Marni Strome featuring combined voices from the Nanaimo Youth Choir, Richmond Honor Youth Choir, Viva Children's Choir from Victoria, Cowichan Valley Youth Choir and the Nanaimo chapter of the BC Boys Choir.
BRITISH COLUMBIA YOUTH CHOIR directed by Frances Roberts - an auditioned choir of young BC singers aged 17-24. They will be joined for part of their program by Nanaimo's Sinclair Singers.
ADULT CHORFEST CHOIR directed by Laurier Fagnan, highlights singers from community choirs across British Columbia.
This all Canadian concert promises to touch your heart and delight your musical senses with a program that presents an exciting array of musical genres - something for everyone. Join us for this celebration of choral music, a life-long joy!
