There has been a rumour going around that Gabriola Players will not be doing a pantomime this year. Oh, no, it can't be!
Oh, yes, it can! That's right. We aren�t doing A pantomime. We�re actually doing TWO!
Shorter ones. That is why the show is called Short Pants and Tall Tales. Get it?
Are they good stories? You bet they are.
Will there be music? Oh yes. Lots of toe tapping, hands clapping music.
Will there be laughter? Oh, yes. There will be lots of laughter.
Costumes? Yup.
Opportunity to boo the bad guys? Wouldn�t think of depriving Gabriolans of that opportunity.
Jolly guy in red suit, elf, Old Man Winter, Captain Bon Bon, Snow Flake, Prince Charming, Wicked Queen,gnomes, Auntie Dilbit. (Auntie Dilbit?? Subtle, eh?)
Oh, and did we mention politics? Local lore? Evil plots? We've got it all!
