In these changing times, there is a growing awareness of Sexual and Gender Diverse (SGD) populations (or LGBTQ2S + communities as it is commonly known as), however, in most cases these diverse populations are not considered when we think of the mission and services of Non-profits and if they are, the communities themselves do not feel that their needs are filled. Which contribute to many issues such as erasure of their lives, high rates of Homelessness, Suicide, Hate crimes and employment inequality.

The Sexual and Gender Diversity Training for Non-Profits will be divided into two parts. Both training's are designed to build upon knowledge, resources, skills and self awareness as professionals in a combination of presentation style and activities designed to maximize your learning. Part 2 is where you will learn the skills, resources and strategies to create an inclusive work space at your organization for staff, volunteers and service users.
