On the first Tuesday of September, October, November, December, January, February, March, and April, seniors who are 55 years or better can make their way to Avalon Cinema Centre for an �in-theatre� matinee blockbuster movie for just a $4 ticket.
Tickets can be purchased at Guest Services near the food court for entry to a matinee show** being played at Avalon Cinema during Senior's Movie Day.
The good news? You choose the movie!*
Tickets are available 10 days prior to the show date and 50% of the proceeds are donated to a local Nanaimo charity. The not-so-good news? Quantities are limited.
*May not be used for entry into a 3D movie. Movie times as per Avalon Cinema listings.
**Matinee show times are movies listed prior to 4 pm.
