VISOA (The Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association) presents several seminars each year to inform and educate. Whether you live in a condo, townhouse or bare land development, strata living should be a positive, peaceful experience. However disputes do arise between owners, or between owners and the strata council. At this seminar "Conflict Resolution Techniques for Strata Communities", certified mediator, Sandra McCulloch and property manager, Tom Semper, will show and explain techniques to help mediate disputes and get back to enjoyable community living.
