A sentimental favourite in the sport of triathlon and now in its 19th year, this tremendously popular yet low-key, grassroots race is famous not only for its commemorative �Hoody� but also for its one loop swim course, beautiful ride through the Saanich Peninsula and two loop trail run around the scenic Elk Lake.

With Ironman Canada taking place at the end of July this year, participants will use the Half Ironman event here as the perfect preparation race. The race has a rich history of producing Ironman Champions and was recently named as one of the top 10 Greenest Triathlons in the world!

Race weekend will include a music festival on Saturday, a sponsor expo, keynote speakers, entertainment on the course, kid�s activities and ample photo backdrops to help you capture the moment. Bring a picnic lunch, relax and enjoy Father�s Day with family and friends.
