Drawing it Out
This class is all about drawing! Experiment with creating line, texture and composition with various drawing materials: Graphite, charcoal, pen & ink and more. Work big, explore materials and have fun!
Saturday Studio
Nanaimo Art Gallery offers unique art classes and activities for children, ages 5-11 on select Saturdays from 10:30am until noon. A fantastic opportunity to engage and inspire young artists! All education activities take place at Art Lab, Nanaimo Art Gallery�s new education space at 150 Commercial Street

If you have a LEAP card your child may be eligibe for a bursary! Two LEAP spots are available each week; one per family. Each family is welcome to use up to 2 LEAP spots per month.
Maximum program enrolment is 16 students. All phone reservations must be paid prior to 5 pm the Friday before Saturday Studio. Walk-in payments are accepted until 10:15am Saturday if there is still space.
