About the Tour
The Salt Spring Easter Art Tour is an annual self-guided Artist Studio and Gallery tour. It is a sponsored program of the Salt Spring Arts Council and showcases the fine arts including painting, sculpture and photography. Each year, a special exhibit is held at Historic Mahon Hall in Ganges featuring a single artist or group of artists. It is a great way to begin your tour!

In celebration of our 10th Anniversary, we will be hosting a group exhibition, with over 40 artists represented in the Anchor Exhibition at Historic Mahon hall.

Origins and History
Now in its 10th year, the Easter Art Tour was founded in 2007 with a monumental exhibit of the allegorical painting of Diana Dean, the doyenne of Salt Spring Island painters. It was born out of a need to showcase our Islands' Fine Art. 

Take the Tour
Self guided Tour maps as well as info about the participating studios and galleries are available at Historic Mahon Hall, the location of the anchor exhibition. Web and mobile users can click on a handy online list of participating locations along with images of the artists' work, contact and web info as well as a google map to their studio.
