A view on daily production in the Salish Sea Food processing facility, only available during the BC Shellfish & Seafood Festival!
Customers will have a 20 minute tour the daily production of a small seafood processing facility with the opportunity for a question and answer period.
Monday and Thursday tours will be shellfish production
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Tours will be finfish production
Tour participants will be able to taste a variety of smoked salmon products and leave the facility with 1/2lb of frozen smoked salmon candy, and one can of smoked salmon pate.
