Let us entertain you from August 31 to September 14 at our second summer festival featuring 40 of Vancouver Island's top musicians performing eight memorable concerts. The Salish Coast Music Festival takes place in five Parksville and Qualicum Beach venues and is a great way to count down the summer. Two free matinees and six ticketed shows are on offer with ticket prices from $30 to $35.

Online tickets are available through the Salish Coast Live Arts Society website at sclas.ca. Unsold tickets for shows will be available at the door. The website gives a more detailed description of each concert as well as live video of the performing artists.

September 5: BOOGIE BLUES DANCE with Auntie Kate and the Uncles of Funk/ Lazy Mike & the Argyle Jets. Qualicum Beach Community Hall, 7pm, $30

September 6: TWO GENERATIONS OF SINGER SONGWRITERS with Malakai, Steve Mitchell, Kerri Coombs. Heard Square Qualicum, 2pm, Free!

September 6: JACK GARTON DREAM BAND. Qualicum Beach Community Hall, 7pm, $30

September 12: TRAD & TRUE CELTIC CULTURE with Pierre Schryer, Adam Dobres, Danielle Emblom. Qualicum Beach Community Hall, 7pm, $30

September 13: FALL MISCHIEF & OTHER STORIES OF PASSION with Cindy Shantz, Valerie Turner, Mary Murphy, and Rachel Muller. Berwick Qualicum, 2pm, $30

September 13: ROCK THE PLAZA with DJ Connor @ 4:30pm & The James Vickers Band @ 6:30, Memorial Avenue Parksville, Free!
