It is a language of consciousness and is rich in words that assume the inter-connectedness of life (our connection with each other, our connection to the plant and animals worlds, and our connection to the Source of life)." Join me for an introduction to sanskrit and an exploration of the sacred texts of yoga that reveal the essence of our spirit and teachings that help to fill our lives with happiness, harmony, and purpose.
