Welcome to a women's 4 day retreat at the Sacred Mountain Lavender Farm on Salt Spring Island. We offer rituals designed for you to listen to the whisperings of your heart; to tune into the rhythm of your womb; and to nurture the soul within. Together we release, rejuvenate, and reclaim.

The brillant Kari Mathieson, Saltspring Island local chef, will be crafting vegetarian meals to nourish your body temple.

The Sacred Mountain Lavender Farm offers an outdoor sauna and shower for your enjoyment, along with cozy accommodations, and an inviting common space for relaxing.
