Riders of all fitness levels can take part in the ride. Riders can choose to cycle three distances:

-League 140km for the cycling enthusiast
-Island Savings 100km for the entry-level rider
-Ryder Hesjedal's 50km ride for those who want to experience cycling for the first time!
