Snuneymuxw Elder Geraldine Manson will open the exhibition with a few words of welcome. Next, Terrace-based artist Carly Nabess will present on her series of Beaded Landscapes, a body of work that allows Nabess to consider the importance of land to her Métis identity. The talk will conclude with Eliot White-Hill, Kwulasultun, discussing his digital works included in the exhibition that acknowledge the intrinsic relationship of Coast Salish creation stories to land and territory.
