Consider taking in the new and interesting Retrospective Exhibition about Education in the Mid-Island region. March is Education month and this retrospective exhibition brings to life the unique and continuous story of over 160 years of education in this area.
This exhibition is a collaborative effort between the Nanaimo Museum and the Nanaimo-Ladysmith Retired Teachers' Association and contains photographs and artifacts from past students and educators on loan from the N-L RTA's Skipsey Educational Heritage Collection that is housed in Room 159 at Nanaimo District Secondary.
