This workshop focuses on organizational performance by developing self-awareness, relational competencies and leadership attributes. Proactively prevent or address team challenges, conflicts, and dysfunction. Learn the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and resources needed to design a positive and productive culture.
You Will Learn:
�Techniques to be open-minded to check points of view and challenge prejudgments and stereotypes.
�To identify, assess, and address disrespect and conflict with a respectful approach.
�How to influence the attitudes and behavioural changes necessary for individuals and teams to work together with greater collaboration.
�Steps to increase morale and engagement, and the difference between respect is action, and respect is earned.
�The diversity of defining respect, and the impact of the emotional responses to respect and disrespect..
