Todd is a media entrepreneur with over twenty-three years of experience in environmental business publishing, marketing and communications.

He is President of Actual Media Inc. and produces ReNew Canada - The infrastructure Magazine and Water Canada - The Complete Water Magazine. Todd is a cross-industry participant, advisor and communicator with broad practical knowledge and an extensive network in the environmental, infrastructure and government sectors.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Network of Asset Managers (CNAM) and the Ontario Public Works Association (OPWA) as Director and the Communications Chair of both organizations. He is co-founder of the Canadian Brownfields Network, a senior associate of the Canadian Urban Institute, a member of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) Infrastructure Task Force and a University Fellow with the University of Toronto Environmental Finance Committee.

Todd was recently appointed to the Advisory Council of the Future Industry Leader Honors Program in Shanghai, China and the Places to Invest Advisory Council in Washington, DC. In March 2011 he travelled to Antarctica and became an alumnus of 2041 - an international group committed to the preservation of that continent.

Mr. Latham looks forward to presenting his global perspective for discussion on the infrastructure choices and challenges facing Nanaimo and all other cities within the perspective of their 'built environment'. Everybody with an interest in how our future unfolds should take an interest in this discussion. Presented by Inspire Nanaimo.
