Please be our guest at the 6th Annual International Women's Day Luncheon benefiting Bridges for Women Society.

As you know, Bridges for Women is serving more women than ever before in our communities, and this signature event is our key fundraising activity for the year. We would love it if you would join us. This annual fundraiser benefits Bridges for Women's trauma counselling, mental health advocacy, crisis intervention services, and ensures a safe women's space in our community.

Serving over 600 women per year, Bridges has grown exponentially. Your participation at this inspiring event assists us to serve the women impacted by violence and trauma in our community.

With the help of our title sponsor, Raymond James, we are welcoming some very inspiring women to speak at the event, including Olympic Medalist in rowing, Motivational Speaker, and Child Advocate, Silken Laumann. Bridges is a gutsy, innovative, heart-centered community agency. Our trauma-informed employment training and supportive programs inspire women affected by trauma, violence, abuse or neglect to reclaim their lives and build economic security.

As the founder of the Bridging Employment Services Model, Bridges draws on its research and expertise in the impacts of abuse on employability to provide education, training and consulting to community agencies, partners, employers and governments. Proud to serve women impacted by violence, trauma and abuse in Greater Victoria, Vancouver Island, and British Columbia since 1988.
