"A Roller-coaster Ride: Thoughts on aging" is the latest book by Naomi Beth Wakan from Wolsak and Wynn. Naomi is the author of over forty books (19 of her titles are in the VIRL) including the popular "Late Bloomer:writing later in life". "A Roller-coaster Ride: Thoughts on aging" is a book of wise and witty takes on various aspects of the aging process; from what to call the 65+ group, to a look at care-giving and nursing homes, to advice on how to live a full life (Naomi is 80) and how to check against agism.
