Philip Hansen, our Artistic Director and founder, works diligently throughout the year to bring accomplished musicians to Quadra Island for the week's festival. Joining the musicians this season is mezzo soprano, Sarah Fryer. Phil has come to know the island and its venues so well that the music he chooses reflects the unique ambiance of each setting. The Chamber Music Society strives to recognize and support talented and aspiring young musicians. This year, Towa Stewart will be featured on piano Saturday evening.
Audience members from all over the globe have stated that this festival offers one of the most unique and magical experiences they have had.
