Join us for an epic punk show Saturday March 16 with Car 87, Awkward A/C and Surrounded by Idiots!
In 2012, sick of the way the punk scene was being diluted, misrepresented, and slowly turned into a way for hipsters to feel edgy and dangerous, Bryce and Mike who previously played together in the Vancouver hardcore/thrash band Thought Crime, needed to start a band that would abandon all the bullshit and take hardcore punk back to its roots.
Luckily they soon found Dave, a man who regularly destroys drum sets for fun. He clearly shared their fury and passion for playing, and brought a new level of power and attack to the songs.
Car 87 has recently added long time Vancouver punk veteran Aaron Foster to the band who has brought the final piece to the Car 87 sound.
OG Vancouver Island punk rockers Awkward A/C bring their monster sound that they have developed to epic proportions! Special guests, Surrounded by Idiots complete the bill for this punk extravaganza!!
