9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Projects are an inevitable part of life and work. Some projects are small and some seem bigger than we can possibly execute. No industry knows this better than non-profit! Solid and credible research shows that if we use project management principals, projects are more likely to succeed. So, how do we best educate ourselves? Do we have to employ professional project managers to realize the benefits? How much project management knowledge is enough to consistently succeed in our project work? This workshop will delve into the hows’ and whys’ of project management, making the claim that even the simplest understanding of PM principals can have a positive impact. We will share insights into leading project work and demonstrate, through fun and interactive examples, how simple steps can help build resiliency and help non profits become more successful in managing projects.
