Cynthia will show you how to identify, collect, prepare and preserve fossils from the Comox Valley through exciting, hands-on presentations, delivered in your own home. Students will have the opportunity for hands-on study of an extensive collection of local museum-quality fossils and will also get one of our Paleontology Discovery Kits to use at home for the 4-week session.
Week 1: Introduction to Paleontology
Week 2: Local Fossil Identification
Week 3: Fossil Collecting
Week 4: Fossil Preparation and Cataloguing
Friday or Saturday mornings
2hr sessions
$160 per 4 week session for first child
$40 per 4 week session for each additional child
